We’re unable to provide new travel insurance policies at the moment.

For customers with live policies or customers wishing to make a claim on an expired policy, please note this does not affect your ability to make a claim under your current or expired policy for any incident that occurred while it’s active. If you need to access your documents, contact us or make a claim, please see the relevant pages.

If we have invited you to a renew a policy with us, please contact us over the phone for further assistance.
